Corrotek Consultants Pty Ltd provides independent advice on protective coatings to prevent corrosion.

We conduct corrosion surveys, prepare remedial scopes of work and specifications, oversee and inspect remedial coating programs for a broad range of onshore and offshore clients in Australia and the Asia-Pacific.

Specifications

Specifications based on technical expertise and practical experience can be prepared for any coating, lining, cathodic protection, PFP or remedial concrete project.

Inspection

Coating inspectors and cathodic protection technicians certified by NACE, the Australian Corrosion Association and supplier-accredited PFP coating inspectors are available Australia-wide.

Quality assurance

Corrotek’s principal is an accredited ISO 9000 series lead auditor. The combination of coatings, concrete and corrosion experience combined with QA qualifications ensures a practical implementation of contract quality manuals and associated quality elements.

Failure analysis

Corrotek has the expertise and facilities to perform investigations on protective coatings, linings, concrete and corrosion related failures.

Surveys

We can perform site surveys and report the condition of structural elements, protective coatings, concrete, cathodic protection systems and associated corrosion issues.

Project management

The experience we've gained through direct involvement with large construction projects can be applied to projects of any size. From the preparation of the work scope and tender documents, through to monitoring contract schedule and quality, Corrotek has the ability to provide hands-on or consultancy support as required.
